Great question! The activity log is a sidebar, located on the right of the Duolingo for Schools teacher dashboard, that gives information on current student progress.
You can use this feature to track assignment completion, view the experience points your students are earning, and which Duolingo Unit your students are working on. It updates in real-time, in order to give you the most up-to-date picture of what your students are doing at any given moment.
If you are looking for more detailed information, simply click on an individual student's profile. This will give you a detailed report of a student’s individual activity, including information from current and past assignments, and a summary of their performance.
Looking to get even more granular than that? We've got good news! We know how critical data is to the work that teachers do in their classrooms. That's why, we've created a way for you to view additional data on your students, including specific details on their most recent assignments. You can access this simply by selecting the "Reports" tab and then clicking on an individual assignment, as pictured below.
From there, you'll select the individual student whose data you'd like to review. To change students, simply close out the student screen and select another student.
